We will process your purchase order or schedule agreement into our system and plan the job in to production according to your requested requirements.
With our expertise in KANBAN delivery systems, and producing to call-off or schedules, we can plan production and minimum stock levels to meet your requested delivery dates
Whether your order is for sample/prototype production, or mass volume, we have the facilities available to manufacture or source your bespoke components parts from both the UK and Asia.
Dependant on the component, typically low volume production (less than 1,000 pieces) would be completed in the UK, and anything above would be sourced from our Asia facility.
If we have agreed a call-off or schedule; we will have your stock in various stages of completion, available at all times.
For Asia call-off items, there will be parts stocked in the UK, parts already on the water en-route to us, and parts already made in Asia ready to be sent via air or sea freight, so we never run out of your components.
Using our own dedicated vehicle, or one of our trusted logistics partners, we will ensure your goods get to you safely and on time.
We can even deliver discreetly and direct to your end customer with plain delivery notes if required.
