Here at Chartway, we can offer a number of inspection services to qualify that your parts are dimensionally correct to your drawings.
As part of any order for bespoke parts, we can provide FAI (First Article Inspection), ISIR (Initial Sample Inspection Reports) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), on top of our standard checks as per our quality procedure.

As we have a number of gauges and tools in stock, we now also offer external inspection services on parts which have not been manufactured by ourselves.
We understand that some companies do not have the tools on offer, or the man power available, to complete in-house inspection; particularly if 100% inspection of a batch is required. We can quote on completing the inspection for you, and will provide you with the necessary inspection reports and documentation, to ensure you have qualified parts available for use. |
Loan Gauge Quotation Service

We will shortly be offering a loan service on our gauges we have in stock (price to be quoted dependant on loan length, and how many items will be checked using the gauge).
If you have a one-off project which requires a specific gauge, or you haven’t costed in gauges in your job, you will be able to view our vast gauge catalogue online and book out the required gauges. |
