We not only make component parts; we can also offer fabrication and assembly services to provide a one-stop solution.

We may already make screws; bolts or other components which form part of a bigger assembly you complete in house; but we could offer to quote on the complete kit/assembly to take the workload off your hands.

Case Study – UK Items Moved to Offshore Assembly

We discovered after visiting one of our customers on site; that we made all sub-component items for a complete product, which our customer held in stock and assembled themselves on site.

Originally each sub-component part was manufactured in the UK; but we explored the option with our Asia facility to make the complete assembly and offer our customer a package price.

Moving this offshore meant we were able to offer the customer a 30% saving by removing their in-house labour costs and moving the complete assembly to Asia.

We also were able to hold stock of the complete assemblies in Asia; whilst also having stock scheduled on the water; and also held in the UK, so we could help manage the customer’s supply chain and stock holding.
