Quite often we will receive an enquiry for a smaller one-off quantity, but then discover that the parts are actually required monthly and will repeatedly be ordered.
If you have monthly forecasted usages or schedules; or future order commitments from your own customers; then we can work based on these values to manufacture bulk volumes and stock-hold to meet your requirements.

Stock Management
Even if we are manufacturing parts in Asia; we will use your forecasted amounts to calculate minimum stock levels to hold in the UK for you, so we should always have stock available for you.
We will also plan production based on these volumes to replenish the stock; so there will be parts in the process of being made, parts already on a vessel from Asia (if offshore supply); and parts physically in the building all at one point in time.
Better Pricing
Increasing the volume most often means you will get a cheaper piece price, as the material costs and the setups are spread across a larger number of parts.
We have quoted on a component recently where the demand increased from 1,000 to 5,000 pieces. We were able to offer a saving of 48% per piece by increasing to this volume
On the same part; if the quantity was to increase to 15,000 pieces; we could have offered a saving of over 55%.

Using our own dedicated vehicle, or one of our trusted logistics partners, we will ensure your goods get to you safely and on time, according to your call off schedule.
We can even deliver discreetly and direct to your end customer with plain delivery notes if required.
