Lead times vary on the type of component being manufactured and we will confirm the lead time on a part-by-part basis when submitting our quotation.
For a rough guideline, please see the below:
- Turned part – up to 30mm in diameter – approx. 4 working weeks
- Turned Part – above 30mm diameter – approx. 6 working weeks
- Milled Part – approx. 6-8 working weeks
- Fabrication/Assembly – 2-4 working weeks (dependant on size and complexity
- Asia Manufacture – 6 weeks manufacturing lead time; plus:
- 1-2 weeks for air shipment; or:
- 6-8 weeks for sea shipment
What is our quote turn-around time?
We will aim reply to all quotation requests to confirm we have received them; or if we have any queries, within 1 working day.
Our aim is to provide a quotation within 3 working days; but if we will need longer than this, we will be sure to let you know and explain why. For example, with time difference between the UK and China, it may take longer to quote if we will be manufacturing based on Asia supply.
